Mac Charles (India) Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it will review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a total income of Rs 231.29 lakh in standalone operations for the quarter, up from Rs 127.99 lakh last year. However, it recorded a net loss after tax of Rs 198.5 lakh standalone and Rs 365.05 lakh consolidated for the quarter. The net worth stands at Rs 4,077 Cr standalone and Rs 1,024.73 Cr consolidated, with a debt-equity ratio of 2.57 standalone and 10.26 consolidated. Earnings per share were negative at Rs 15.15 standalone and Rs 27.86 consolidated.
