S. M. GOLD LIMITED has announced a board meeting on which approved the allotment of 32 lakh equity shares at Rs. 21 each, raising Rs. 6.72 Cr from non-promoter investors Veeram Vendors Pvt Ltd and Veeram Barter Pvt Ltd on a preferential basis. This increases the paid-up equity capital from Rs. 10.04 Cr to Rs. 13.24 Cr. The fresh capital infusion strengthens the company’s equity base, supporting growth and operational funding while diversifying the shareholder base.
