Advanced Enzyme Technologies has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
In Q4 FY25, consolidated revenue was INR167.2 Cr, up 6% YoY but down 1% QoQ. EBITDA stood at INR45.6 Cr (27% margin) impacted by product mix and year-end inventory adjustments. PAT was INR26.7 Cr (16% margin). FY25 revenue rose 2% to INR636.9 Cr; EBITDA margin steady at 31%, PAT at INR134 Cr (21%).
Human Nutrition contributed 62% of Q4 revenue (+1% YoY), Animal Nutrition grew 13% YoY (12% share), Bio-Processing up 8% YoY but down QoQ (17% share), Specialized Manufacturing surged 39% YoY (9% share). R&D spend rose to 5.3% of revenue in FY25.
Management expects mid-double-digit revenue growth in FY26 with stable margins amid global uncertainties. Growth drivers: biocatalyst, animal nutrition, specialized manufacturing, and expansion in US/India markets. Serratiopeptidase, largest product (19%), faces 5-7% pricing pressure. New weight and sugar management products are developing but not fully scaled.
Completed 510 kW solar setup covers ~10% plant consumption. R&D center to phase in from Q4 FY26. Distribution strengthening in international markets is ongoing with progress and challenges. Tone is cautiously confident, balancing short-term margin pressure with strategic growth initiatives.
