Navneet Education has announced a board meeting on which approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year, with revenue at INR 1,78,572 lakhs and profit before tax at INR 94,031 lakhs for FY25. Profit after tax jumped to INR 80,378 lakhs, driven by strong showings in stationery and publishing, now combined with Edtech for greater scale. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (75% payout). The company completed a buyback of 50 lakh shares at Rs 200 each last year and has filed for a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, eyeing global growth.
