Mold-Tek Packaging Limited — Board Meeting, 19-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mold-Tek Packaging has announced a board meeting on May 19, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Sales volume rose 7.3% YoY to 38,264 MT, driving revenue up 11.8% to ₹781.32 Cr. EBITDA grew nearly 7% to ₹143.83 Cr, while PAT slipped 9% to ₹60.55 Cr due to higher depreciation and finance costs. The pharma-packaging segment gained momentum, almost reaching break-even with triple the sales. Capacity expansion continues in paint and FMCG, backed by new products and better printing. An interim dividend of 40% (₹2/share) was declared.
