IRB Infrastructure Developers has announced a board meeting on which it approved consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Q4FY25 net profit rose 14% YoY to Rs. 215 Cr, while FY25 net profit jumped 12% to Rs. 677 Cr (excl. exceptional gains). Total income was Rs. 8,032 Cr, slightly down 2% YoY due to lower other income. Toll revenue surged 23% to Rs. 6,360 Cr, beating the national growth rate. Two new TOT projects delivered collections beyond estimates. IRB now operates 26 highway projects covering 15,500 lane kms with a 33% TOT market share. It also raised US$200 million via secured notes maturing in 2032.
