Jaykay Enterprises Ltd — Updates, 19-05-2025: Company Update

Jaykay Enterprises has acquired 13 lakh preference shares for Rs. 13 Cr in its wholly owned subsidiary, JK Defence & Aerospace, through a Rights Issue. JK Defence is yet to commence operations and focuses on manufacturing defence and aerospace equipment. This infusion aims to enable JK Defence to increase its equity stake in Allen Reinforced Plastics, a step-down subsidiary, by paying the first call money on partly paid-up shares. The acquisition maintains Jaykay’s 100% ownership in JK Defence, strengthening its hold in the defence and aerospace vertical.
