Bharat Parenterals Ltd — Updates, 19-05-2025: Company Update
Bharat Parenterals has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported FY25 stand-alone revenues of INR318.7 Cr, up 19.8%, with EBITDA at INR48.14 Cr and PAT at INR26.58 Cr, both growing 17%. Consolidated revenues rose 32% to INR352 Cr, driven by milestone income at Innoxel Lifesciences and consolidation of Varenyam Healthcare. Innoxel, their flagship CDMO focused on complex injectables for the US and EU markets, recently cleared its first USFDA inspection with only minor observations. Innoxel's pipeline includes 40-45 complex ANDA and 505(b)(2) products, with partnerships on 10. Varenyam Healthcare leads in domestic anesthesia and critical care branded generics, while Varenyam Biolifesciences is targeting emerging regulated markets with a plant operational by 2027. Innoxel aims to break even in FY26 with INR70 Cr milestone revenues and expects net margins around 30% once commercial production scales. The consolidated group is positioned for diversified global growth across regulated and emerging markets, leveraging manufacturing, R&D partnerships, and an expanding product portfolio in injectables and oral liquids.
