Eris Lifesciences Limited — Board Meeting, 19-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Eris Lifesciences has announced a board meeting that approved its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs 2,879.26 Cr from Rs 1,991.30 Cr last year, while net profit dipped slightly to Rs 374.67 Cr from Rs 397.12 Cr. EPS stood at Rs 25.85. Growth was fueled by acquisitions including Swiss Parenterals and businesses from Biocon in Nephrology and Dermatology. The board appointed Ravi Kapoor & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and re-appointed Kiran J. Mehta & Co. as Cost Auditors. An interim dividend of Rs 7.35 per share was earlier declared.
