NLC India Limited — Board Meeting, 19-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

NLC India has announced a board meeting to approve its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹16,889.45 Cr and a profit after tax of ₹2,713.61 Cr for the year. It declared a final dividend of 15% (₹1.50/share), pending audit and shareholder nod. Strategically, NLC India formed a joint venture with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam to develop 3x125 MW lignite-based thermal power plants. Additionally, new cost and internal auditors were appointed for FY 2025-26.
