This represents 0.07% of Pravaig’s post-issue paid-up capital. Pravaig specializes in EVs, batteries, and AI solutions, with revenues growing from Rs. 1.83 Cr in 2022-23 to Rs. 5.42 Cr in 2023-24. The acquisition aims to strengthen business ties within the same industry and is expected to complete within 60 days.
