Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited — Investor Meet, 19-05-2025: Analysts/Institutional Investor Meet/Con. Call Updates
Kewal Kiran Clothing has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
FY25 consolidated revenue crossed INR 1,000 Cr, up 16.5% YoY, with Q4 revenue rising 31% YoY and EBITDA margin steady at 18.1%. Standalone apparel volumes grew double digits, supported by 121 new EBOs, totaling 609 with plans to reach 900+ by FY28 using COCO and FOFO models.
Vision FY28 targets INR 1,500 Cr revenue at 17%-18% margins, focusing on scaling men’s lifestyle brands, womenswear, kidswear, and accessories. Growth drivers include digital/AI personalization, brownfield capacity expansion (~INR 30-35 Cr capex), and selective acquisitions. Working capital aims to improve from ~180 days to 125-135 days.
Management expects double-digit growth in FY26, margin pressures during expansion to ease, and Kraus integration to drive robust sales and margins. Multi-brand strategy across price points remains profitable and growth-accretive. Tone is confident on strong growth, retail expansion, portfolio diversification, and financial discipline.
