Following this, Suraj Industries’ stake in Carya stands at 85.75%. The company’s paid-up equity capital now totals Rs. 18.53 Cr, with 1.85 crore shares of Rs. 10 face value each. This move strengthens Suraj’s holding in Carya, enhancing its position in the fertilizers segment.
