Wol 3D India Limited — Board Meeting, 19-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

WOL 3D India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results. Total income increased to ₹49.32 Cr for the year, up from ₹40.01 Cr, while profit before tax rose to ₹7.47 Cr against ₹6.86 Cr last year. Net profit improved to ₹5.60 Cr from ₹5.04 Cr. The company has fully utilized IPO proceeds of ₹19.36 Cr for working capital, debt repayment, and corporate needs. ADMS & Associates have been appointed as the internal auditor for FY26.
