Kapston Services has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs 689.43 Cr from Rs 520.08 Cr last year, while net profit climbed to Rs 17.84 Cr versus Rs 12.57 Cr. EPS rose to Rs 8.79 from Rs 6.20. The company’s borrowings increased, with long-term debt at Rs 34.11 Cr and short-term at Rs 126.98 Cr, fueling growth plans. M/s Sravanthi & Associates were appointed as internal auditors for FY 2025-26 to enhance internal oversight.
