Hindustan Foods Limited — Board Meeting, 19-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hindustan Foods has announced a board meeting on May 19, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to Rs. 3,564 Cr from Rs. 2,754 Cr, with profit after tax increasing to Rs. 110 Cr from Rs. 93 Cr. EPS stood at Rs. 9.51. The group expanded capacity with strategic acquisitions of manufacturing units from SSIPL and MMG for about Rs. 101 Cr on a slump sale basis. Healthy operational cash flow of Rs. 114 Cr supports further growth and investments.
