PAT for Q4 stood at INR73 Cr (9.7% margin), with FY25 PAT at INR199 Cr, up 7.6%. Fabric accounted for 81% of revenue, garments 13%.
Management emphasized strong brands, stabilizing demand post-wedding season, and new retail ventures ZECODE and DEVO (19 stores opened; 35 more planned). Early-stage retail sees some losses but targets ~14% EBITDA margin in FY26. Retail capex is ~INR50 Cr for new stores; ~INR40-50 Cr allocated for traditional business capex. Solar power generation reached 50 lakh units, reflecting sustainability focus. Confident outlook backed by brand strength, efficiencies, and steady discretionary spending recovery.
