DOMS Industries has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹3.15 per share, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. FY25 consolidated revenue stood at ₹1912.63 Cr with a net profit of ₹213.54 Cr. Standalone revenue was ₹1709.11 Cr with a net profit of ₹189.86 Cr. The company has expanded its paper stationery business by acquiring a 51% stake in Super Treads Pvt Ltd for ₹6.12 Cr. Additionally, 350 shares were allotted under ESOP 2023 at ₹250 each.
