Iris Clothings delivered 20.1% revenue growth in FY25 to INR146.6 Cr, with Q4 revenue steady at INR40.3 Cr. EBITDA grew 15.8% YoY in Q4 to INR28.3 Cr (20.4% margin), while PAT rose 7.5% for FY25 and 28.6% in Q4. The company expanded its distributor base to 186, launched kids’ winter sportswear, and opened five new outlets. A rights issue raised INR47.5 Cr for capex, targeting a production capacity of ~38,000 pieces/day. The innerwear line is expected to add INR5-7 Cr from Q3 FY26. E-commerce and exports contribute ~10% and 3-5%, respectively. Management targets 30-35% revenue growth in FY26 and aims to be India’s largest kidswear brand by 2030, focusing on brand DOREME and refining retail expansion with 3-4 new stores planned. EBITDA margins are expected around 20%.
