Key appointments include Jaspreet Dhawan & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, Gurvinder Chopra & Co. as Cost Auditors, and Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as Internal Auditors for FY26. The company plans to shift its registered office within Navi Mumbai and will soon convene its 21st AGM.
