Strong EBITDA recovery was driven by cost efficiencies despite rising input costs. Last year’s IPO raised Rs. 745 Cr, fully used to repay debt and boost working capital, significantly strengthening the balance sheet. Subsidiaries maintained positive contributions, supporting overall growth.
