Ltd. for transformers and switchgears and Veracity Recycler Pvt. Ltd. for solar waste recycling. Consolidated revenue rose 63.93% to ₹330 Cr, with PAT doubling to ₹27.21 Cr. CSR activities focus on solar pump installations and millet processing, enhancing rural livelihoods.
