Zydus Lifesciences has announced a board meeting to approve the re-appointment of Mr. Ganesh N. Nayak as Director in employment for five years from July 12, 2025, pending member approval. Mr. Nayak will step down as Key Managerial Personnel after July 11, 2025. With over 48 years at Zydus, he plays a key role in leading the Group’s businesses, driving growth, M&A, and global marketing. His fixed monthly remuneration is Rs. 3 million, subject to annual performance-based revision.
