Zydus Lifesciences Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Zydus Lifesciences has announced a board meeting on approvals including the audited consolidated financial results for FY25. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 23,241.5 Cr with net profit at Rs. 452.55 Cr, driven largely by pharmaceuticals contributing Rs. 20,543.9 Cr and improved margins. The Board approved a strong final dividend of Rs. 11 per share (1100%). A major strategic move is the acquisition of an 85.6% stake in France-based Amplitude Surgical for about Rs. 2,380 Cr, set to bolster its global surgical solutions business by Q3 CY25.
