Nazara has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. It acquired UK-based Curve Games for INR 247 Cr, entering the $100+ billion PC and console gaming market. Curve Games reported revenue of INR 263.5 Cr and EBITDA of INR 114.4 Cr in 2024. This deal diversifies Nazara’s IP portfolio and boosts its global publishing footprint beyond mobile gaming.
