The company completed 0.72 million sq ft across five projects and sped up construction cycles. Aggressive investments of Rs. 682 Cr in FY25 support a Rs. 7,000 Cr launch pipeline. Management highlighted strong demand, regional expansion, and an asset-light, redevelopment-focused strategy with ESG initiatives underway.
