ABM Knowledgeware Ltd. has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has sent individual notices to shareholders whose dividends have remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years, relating to shares liable for transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Both physical and dematerialized shares with unclaimed dividends from financial year 2017-2018 onward will be transferred to the IEPF account, with duplicate share certificates to be issued to physical shareholders. Shareholders can reclaim these shares and accrued benefits by following prescribed procedures.
