The company has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2025. It has acquired Yash HV Power Components Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary to enter the transformer components and sub-station equipment segment; the subsidiary is newly incorporated and yet to commence operations.
