Cool Caps Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to approve a 5-for-1 stock split, reducing the face value of shares from Rs. 10 to Rs. 2 to boost liquidity and affordability. The authorised share capital will increase from Rs. 15 Cr to Rs. 35 Cr to facilitate a 1:1 bonus share issue, rewarding shareholders through capitalisation of reserves without extra cash outlay. The company will also launch the CC - Employee Stock Option Plan 2025, offering up to 10 lakh stock options to employees and group entities to attract and retain talent by aligning their interests with growth.
