The firm confirmed no material uncertainties affecting its ability to continue as a going concern. It also appointed B.K. Barik & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and GRPS & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26, with B. Mukherjee & Co. continuing as Statutory Auditors. The AGM is scheduled for September.
