Poddar Pigments Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Poddar Pigments has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 368.5 Cr with net profit at Rs. 22.82 Cr, down from Rs. 28.82 Cr last year. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 4 per share (40%). Yug Mahesshwari will join as CFO from June 1, 2025. The company remains focused on its core masterbatches segment, delivering stable operations despite margin pressures.
