Poddar Pigments Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Poddar Pigments has announced a board meeting on 20th May 2025 where it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a net profit of Rs. 228.18 Cr for the year, down from Rs. 288.19 Cr previously, while revenue held steady at around Rs. 368.5 Cr. A final dividend of Rs. 4 per share was proposed. Yug Mahesshwari will join as CFO from June 1, 2025. The company remains focused on its core master batches business amid stable performance.
