SRM Contractors Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SRM Contractors Limited has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue surged over 50% to ₹528.13 Cr, while consolidated net profit doubled to ₹55 Cr year-on-year. No dividend was declared. The board appointed M/s D.K. Pandoh & Associates as Secretarial Auditors (pending shareholders’ nod), Mr. Vijay Langoo as Internal Auditor, and M/s Verma Khushwinder & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. Strategically, SRM agreed to acquire a 51% stake in Maccaferri Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and took over SRM Serves Foundation to boost CSR efforts.
