Bansal Wire reported a strong Q4 with net profit up 36% to ₹331 Mn on 33% revenue growth to ₹9,402 Mn. EBITDA jumped 59% to ₹747 Mn, with margins expanding to 7.9%. FY25 net profit nearly doubled to ₹1,464 Mn on 42% revenue growth to ₹35,072 Mn and 86% EBITDA increase to ₹2,782 Mn. The company is investing ₹600 Cr in a new greenfield steel and stainless steel wire plant in Sanand, Gujarat, boosting backward integration and capacity. Ramp-up at the 300kt Dadri plant is ongoing, with an additional 120kt capacity by H1 FY26.
