The company strengthened its global footprint by acquiring South Africa’s Problast Group for ₹250.51 Cr, consolidated from July 1, 2024. A final dividend of ₹10/share (500%) has been proposed. Net worth stands strong at ₹4,386 Cr with a low standalone debt-equity ratio of 0.06.
