MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Limited — Others, 20-05-2025: Utilisation of Funds

MITCON has fully deployed its Rights Issue funds of ₹32.23 Cr as planned. Major uses include ₹2.47 Cr invested in MITCON Sun Power, ₹1.5 Cr in the JV MITCON Nature Based Solutions, ₹0.25 Cr for environment lab upgrades, ₹0.65 Cr on Front End Engineering design, and ₹1.0 Cr for office refurbishment. Working capital was supported with ₹1.1 Cr, and ₹0.42 Cr went to general corporate expenses. About ₹7.56 Cr remains unutilized as of March 31, 2025, with no changes in fund allocation.
