Max Healthcare has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year and proposed a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share, pending shareholder approval. The company plans to expand Max Super Speciality Hospital, Nagpur, adding ~100 beds at an estimated cost of ₹118 Cr, funded mainly through internal accruals and a term loan from Axis Bank. New statutory, secretarial, and cost auditors were appointed, subject to approval. Max Healthcare approved divesting its stake in Sandhya Hydro Power Projects for ₹1.28 Cr and filed a scheme to merge two subsidiaries to streamline operations. It acquired land near its Ghaziabad hospital for ₹12 Cr to add 120 beds within 30 months and entered a long-term service agreement for a 200-bed hospital in Delhi. The acquisition of Jaypee Healthcare Limited was completed, with an exceptional expense of ₹7.36 million linked to shareholding approvals. Statutory auditors issued clean opinions on FY25 standalone and consolidated results.
