Kaycee Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 15.38 Cr for the quarter, up from Rs. 13.47 Cr in the prior year. Profit before tax rose to Rs. 2.51 Cr, delivering a net profit of Rs. 1.79 Cr. For the year, revenue increased to Rs. 53.20 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 5.77 Cr. The company’s EPS stands at Rs. 5.67 (consolidated) and Rs. 5.90 (standalone) for the quarter.
During FY24-25, the authorized share capital was increased and equity shares were split and bonus shares issued, raising paid-up equity capital to Rs. 3.17 Cr (31.73 lakh shares). Kaycee invested Rs. 8 Cr to acquire a 30% stake in Bangalore-based Ultrafast Chargers Pvt Ltd, a maker of DC fast charging stations for EVs, now an associate company.
The Board has proposed a final dividend of 20% (Rs. 2 per share) subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements. Cash flows remain healthy with net cash from operations at Rs. 5.86 Cr.
