GOCL Corp has monetized 119 acres of land worth Rs.1539.75 Cr in Hyderabad. Rs.1112.68 Cr from the proceeds are parked as fixed deposits against an SBLC facility, while Rs.708 Cr is deployed as inter-corporate deposits with Hinduja Group at 8.4% interest, yielding better returns than bank deposits.
