Westlife Foodworld’s consolidated sales grew 7% YoY to INR600 Cr in Q4, with same-store sales up 0.7% (1.7% adjusted for leap year). FY25 sales, EBITDA, and cash PAT advanced at 3-year CAGRs of 16%, 17%, and 14%. Off-premise contributed 43% of sales; digital made up ~75%, backed by 41 million app downloads and 3 million monthly active users. 18 new stores opened, totaling 438 across 69 cities, with strong McCafe and drive-thru presence. Net debt stable at INR90 Cr (0.15x net debt-to-equity).

Management notes gradual demand recovery, steady progress toward 580-630 stores by Vision 2027, and volume growth driven by McSaver Meals and Korean Range. Margins held near 70% gross, with slight EBITDA pressure from inflation and operating deleverage partly offset by efficiencies. Delivery growth slowed but remains a priority. Competitive intensity seen as market-expanding, supported by digital and experience investments. Company ranks #1 in India and 5th globally for sustainability in the restaurant sector.

Momentum is returning with volume-led growth, stable margins, and disciplined internal expansion, underpinning confidence in medium-term recovery and market leadership.
