Zota Health Care LImited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 20-05-2025: Allotment of Securities

Zota Health Care allotted 33,484 equity shares at Rs. 509 each via conversion of fully convertible warrants to two non-promoter investors: Garima Chordia (14,734 shares) and Pravin Pannalal Shah HUF (18,750 shares). This raised about Rs. 3.35 Cr in equity capital to Rs. 29.46 Cr (2.946 Cr shares). The fresh fund infusion from non-promoters slightly dilutes existing shareholding. Additionally, 21.36 lakh warrants remain outstanding for future conversion.
