R. J. Shah and Company has announced a board meeting on 20th May 2025 where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ending 31st March 2025 with an unmodified auditor’s opinion. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.5 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Brijesh Dutt & Associates have been appointed as the Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. Ms. Kalindi Shah, the Managing Director, was also appointed as Chairperson. The company maintains robust internal controls, has no material litigation, and complied with all statutory dues and legal requirements.
