Wise Travel India Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Wise Travel India has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted revenue of ₹548.59 Cr, up 33.5% YoY, with profit before tax at ₹31.18 Cr (+1.4%) and net profit slightly down to ₹23.35 Cr from ₹23.80 Cr. EBITDA margin improved, supported by better operational leverage despite higher depreciation and finance costs. The company remains focused on expanding its Rent-A-Cab business across India, Dubai, and Indonesia. IPO proceeds of ₹94.68 Cr have mostly been used for working capital and corporate expenses, with just ₹0.1 Cr unutilized.
