Gland Pharma has announced a board meeting on May 20, 2025, approving FY25 audited consolidated results. Revenue edged down 1% YoY to ₹5,616.5 Cr, while gross profit rose 1% to ₹3,526 Cr. EBITDA declined 5% to ₹1,269 Cr (24% margin) and PAT fell 10% to ₹698.5 Cr. The US market, at 54% of revenue, saw a 7% dip in Q4. The base business revenue dropped 12% but improved EBITDA margin to 38%. Cenexi’s CDMO arm grew revenue by 8% but is still EBITDA negative, aiming profitability by Q3 FY26. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹18/share. Growth fueled by new launches, complex injectables, biologics CDMO deals, and successful USFDA inspections.
