Continental Petroleums Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a profit after tax of ₹130.95 lakh compared to ₹273.31 lakh in the previous year. Total revenue increased to ₹1143.28 lakh from ₹549.81 lakh. Operating cash flows stood at ₹246.48 lakh, while investing activities used ₹216.84 lakh. Financing activities used ₹54.78 lakh. The company appointed Mr. Jitendra Shari as Internal Auditor and CS Trishla Gupta as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26. Audit reports were issued with an unmodified opinion. Outstanding qualified borrowings decreased from ₹597.25 lakh to ₹398.83 lakh. Incremental qualified borrowings during the year amounted to ₹47.93 lakh.
