Whirlpool of India Limited — Others, 20-05-2025: Change in Auditors

Whirlpool of India has announced a board meeting on the approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (50%) for FY 2024-25. Mr. N C Khanna is set to be appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Roopali Singh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, will resign effective June 30, 2025. Internal Auditor Mr. Kartik Dutta will step down on July 20, 2025, with Mr. Shivank Aggarwal appointed as his successor from July 21, 2025. Amendments to the Code of Practices for Fair Disclosures were approved.
