Kuantum Papers Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 20-05-2025: Record Date

Kuantum Papers has announced a board meeting on 29th August 2025 for its 28th AGM. The record date for dividend and voting rights is 22nd August 2025. The Board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 3 per share (300%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Approvals sought include re-appointment of auditors, internal and secretarial auditors, and Chairman Shri Jagesh Kumar Khaitan’s extension for three years from 17th July 2025.
