Whirlpool of India has announced a board meeting on the approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share (50%). Mr. N C Khanna is set to serve as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval. Company Secretary Roopali Singh and Internal Auditor Kartik Dutta have resigned, effective end of June and July 20, 2025, respectively. Shivank Aggarwal will join as Internal Auditor from July 21, 2025. Updates to the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosures were also approved.
