Patel Integrated Logistics Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Patel Integrated Logistics has announced a board meeting on which it approved audited financial results for FY 2024-25, reporting a net profit of Rs. 759.95 lakh and total income of Rs. 345.37 crore. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.30 per share, tripling last year’s payout, subject to shareholder approval. A new warehousing project in Sanaswadi, Pune was also greenlit to boost infrastructure and storage capacity. DM & Associates Company Secretaries LLP was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder nod.
