Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY24-25 revenue rose 6% to Rs 9,742 Cr, led by a 9% increase in fertilizer sales to Rs 7,227 Cr driven by volume growth. Fertilizer EBIT improved from Rs 352 Cr to Rs 430 Cr, while industrial products revenue fell 5%. EBITDA margin expanded to 6.67%. The company remains debt-free with Rs 8,154 Cr net worth.
